Motivation for the Gym
Hi guys! First time posting. I’ve been slacking hard on the gym for almost a year and I really wanna get back into it. I hate going, but I love how I feel when I’m taking care of my body. Any suggestions on how to get motivated?
I should also add that I work three 12 hour shifts a week, 7pm-7am.
