Every now and then when my daughter sleeps in her bed something bites her all over and I have washed the sheets and everything.

Bed bugs can be tricky to get rid of (if that's what it is). I'd replace the mattress with a new one. Also maybe change the detergent, one meant for sensitive skin.

UPDATE: those went away by the end of the weekend, but she recently got it again 
 I was actually able to get her to the dr before they went away again. The dr said it is something called Indian fire rash. To me it doesn't look like that but doctors don't listen to us. She told me to just put a cream on it. Still there after 3 days of the cream so going back again.

Could be bed bugs. Call an exterminator to have them check for them or other bugs. Best to start getting rid of them ASAP. They are the biggest pain in the butt to get rid of!!! If there are bed bugs, they should be able to tell you what to do. For now, put all of the clothes in the room in air tight bags. All the bed sheets, everything Cotton in airtight bags. But get an exterminator in asap! You may want to have your daughter sleep with you in your room for the time being, but not in her crib or bed as bed bugs like to burrow into the wood and mattress.

Sometimes bedbugs hide into the wood if her crib is wooden. My cousin had bedbugs at one time. And they were so hard to get rid of. They had to fumigate and everything.
