I started getting this after I gave birth I’m not sure what they are or what can I do to get rid of it any ideas?

Definitely mention it to your care team if you’re still in the hospital, otherwise I’d call your doctor or nurse on call line, or see if your baby’s pediatrician has any suggestions. 
I had something similar after I had my oldest, it was insanely itchy and spread almost all over my body. Because I was breastfeeding, the nurse on call suggested I take Claritin, it ended up being almost completely gone by my postpartum check up from taking the Claritin as directed.

Any chance you're taking any BF supplements or teas? I had an allergic reaction postpartum and realized it was due to an Upspring breastfeeding supplement. Not sure if it's fenugreek I'm allergic to or what!

Is it itchy ? I have hives and they look similar to when I’m itchy and I scratch anywhere in my body and little bumps start to show up.

Maybe an allergic reaction to medicine given to you during labor? It looks like a rash I had after allergic reaction to amoxicillin

After my first son, I broke out in hives as well! Insanely itchy and such a pain in the ass after having a c-section. I saw an allergist and was tested for everything. It came back normal but was told it could be from a hormone that we produce while breastfeeding. It eventually went away and this time around, luckily no hives. Talk to your dr, I hope you get relief asap 😩

Looks like hives! I would see your doc ASAP. I’d take Benadryl in the meantime
