Any ladies have some tips for first starting out losing weight? I was 120 and unhealthy, dealing with eating disorders and then I got birth control and started eating and now I'm at 190. I hate the way my body looks now and I'm having trouble getting started on a healthy road. Mentally I can't handle myself looking this way and the default in my mind for weight loss is all unhealthy methods, still struggling and have never opened up about it except to a few people... advice is appreciated.
