Ovulated late or on time??

So according to my last visit ultrasound measurements I am about 2 weeks behind what my ovulation says. So I am almost 12 weeks but my belly is so big for how far along I am according to ultra sound. So what are my chances that I am right on track and it just looked smaller with the first ultrasound? Any mommas thoughts?
Note: this will be my 3rd baby

My first ultrasound determined I ovulated early. I was a whole week ahead of my period due date.

Im in this exact situation myself. According to my period date I would of been 13weeks at my ultrasound but the baby only measured 11 weeks. So I have to got back for another ultrasound in a weeks time. Im curious to see what baby measures next time. With my first he measured 4 days later then dates in first scan but by the 20 week scan he was measuring spot on so who knows

Ive been told itncan appear all over the place. Im measuring 3 days behind but they told me thats so minimal theyll keep me at my regular date. But ive heard if people like you that measure much further along later on. dont stress over it, youve already made it this far
