Has anyone experienced this?

Question

I’m on day 57 of my cycle, did 3 home pregnancy tests in the last couple week’s, but all BFN, the last week or so I’ve been having dizzy spells, been gassy, on and off head aches and the last couple days a lot of heart burn. 
AF has never really been regular, so idk if it’s just a really extra long cycle or if something is wrong with me. 
I’m not expecting medical advice but if anyone has experienced this can you please help a sister out 🙏

About a year ago I had the same thing happen to me. I missed my period and had similar symptoms for 72 days. I swore I was pregnant, but every home test was negative. I finally got into the Gyno and they ran my blood and did an ultrasound￼. He diagnosed me with PCOS because I had developed cysts on my ovaries. The blood work cane back and I was also insulin resistant. ￼I’ve been on Metformin and a different kind of birth control ever since. I’m regular and feel so much better :) long story short if you’re worried you should see your doc. Going a long time without your period can cause major problems from cysts to cancer. 💕 best of luck
