Could I be pregnant?

So I’m on the pill and I took it late 1 day. My boyfriend and I used a condom and it apparently snapped but we didn’t notice until he “finished”. Jump to 1 week today and my boobs are so sore esp around my nipples, and I’m cramping.... my period isn’t for another 1.5 weeks. I noticed yesterday that I felt off and this morning waking up with those symptoms did NOT put me at ease. Is it possible for my body to tell if I’m pregnant at 1 week? When is the soonest I should/can take a test or blood test?
