Anything to worry about?

My blood pressure typically runs about 110/72. I’ve had a headache today and my bp was 132/84 is that something to worry about? I’m currently 36+4

They don’t usually worry about it unless it’s over 140/90 two times in one day, but you should still mention it to your doctor since it’s high for your normal range. I’ve been the same way recently, running above 130/86 and some even in the 140/90 range and have had a terrible headache because those are high for me. No preeclampsia though, i think mine is just gestational hypertension, but it still sucks.

I've had higher readings today. 140/90. My doctor isnt concerned unless its 160/110. My BP has been in the 120/60 range the past few months and when not pregnant is usually 120/75.

I been having hypertension ever appt..i am going twice a wek ever week for nst ultrasounds an blood pressure checks. My son has failed some nst an passed two. He also has extra fluids in his sac. I would at least say something. Cause im high risk an blood pressure can be a concern. Mine is always 14/90/150/110.

Worth mentioning to your doctor and keeping an eye on. Mine has slowly crept up to that and sometimes even a little higher but my doctor basically isn’t worried until it’s 140/90 or higher and doesn’t go down. Or if I show other signs of pre-eclampsia, like a headache that won’t go away even after taking Tylenol, upper abdominal pain, excessive swelling that won’t go down, vision changes, or decreased movement from baby.
