Two minds and stuck

So before I met my partner I had 3 miscarriages and I had decided to tie my tubes up as I couldn’t bare the thought of going through it again. He changed that in me and now I’m 15weeks+3 day’s pregnant :D it’s been a really tough pregnancy so far and the other day he was talking about the next kid and I said as he’s already got one from a previous relationship and then ours on the way I think I don’t want anymore as I’ve been struggling so much.

He got really upset which I understand... as I told him I’m thinking about getting my tubes tied after baby is here and we have spoken about it a few times and I feel like that’s what my brain is set to and he’s not accepting it as he says it’s upsetting to hear that which I also understand his point of view.

I was wondering has anyone tied their tubes straight after the first child or been in a similar situation as me?
