Spitting up and throwing up 6 month old...

My little guy has spit up since he was born.

I know that spitting up is normal.

He spits up about each feeding. He was on Zantac and it barely helped..

We have tried to get him to eat 5oz bottles..

however, it would constantly come back up. So, he drinks 3-4oz every two hours.

I started him on banana baby food.. at 4 months. Just a little to try and help his spitting up. I’ve added oatmeals & rice to his bottles.

I’ve tried different formulas, bottles, positions, and everything I could think of.

It’s progressed to where he will vomit.. projectile vomit and soak me in it. To where he screams and chokes on his vomit.

He saw a doctor and she said it was normal. It wasn’t his regular doctor. He goes to see his regular on monday.

I just want others opinions..

Is this “normal?”
