Help please

Hi everyone I need help to figure something out so I just finished with my period not to long ago my husband and I did our thing right after I finished with my period and yes he did came in me and then we did it again the next day and I started feeling nausea headache and cramping and back aches and now I am starting feeling little movements in my stomach and I can feel a little bump on my left side and it feels very uncomfortable when I laying on my back I thought feeling little movements it’s a gas so I don’t know what to do or think please somebody help me please
