Night out or no?

Question

This coming Friday, my hubby and I got invited to a close friend of ours birthday party. My mom said she could house sit that night for us so we can enjoy a night out. We would put our son to bed ourselves at 7pm and head over to our friends house at 8pm until 10-11pm. So essentially my mom would just be there to man the house for us and watch our son. 
Should we go? I hate leaving our son, I just feel super guilty. 
What would you ladies do?

I’d go!!
If your son is comfortable around your mom it will be fine. On the chance he wakes up they will be okay. She will help him back to sleep. 
It’s important to get some grown up time in!

I would go, not give it a second thought, and even try to extend the night by adding a couple hours on haha. Seriously take advantage of this. Even see if she can put baby to bed so you can do supper before.

Omg do it. I love my daughter but also when I get a break it’s the best thing ever. I know she is in good hands and we need to have fun too

I would go/ have been doing this since babe was 4 weeks lol you need time off with just your hubby :)

Me personally I would go only if my babe slept through the night or a predictable amount of time. But that’s just me. You should definitely go! Enjoy yourselves 💏
