What next???

So I'm pretty sure my 4th IUI failed as all the tell tale signs of an approaching AF are starting. My clinic will let me do up to 6 iui's but I just don't know if it's worth it to keep going.

I can't afford IVF right now as there is no coverage in the province I live in. What would u ladies do? Keep trying IUI or give up and hope that by some miracle I can conceive naturally. For the record I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and have been TTC for just over 2 years
