Sub chronic hemmorage ..

I’m currently 7 weeks and On Sunday I Started bleeding and passed a few small blood clots so I went to the ER .. saw baby and heartbeat but found out I have a hematoma . Doctor says it’s common and nothing to be concerned about and to just take it easy and that the baby’s heart beat was strong and after the heart starts beating miscarriage rates drop to below 5% . I’m still spotting here and There and it’s stressing me out to the max . Any mommy’s on here have or had one and spotted on a regular basis and their baby was healthy and fine ??
