Cute aunt/uncle gift ideas

We plan on telling my husband’s younger siblings that we are pregnant this weekend. We kind of wanted to do a small gift for them to unwrap or something, but we just can’t think of anything amazing.

His sister (baby’s aunt) is 11 years old. His brother (baby’s uncle) is 19. This will be their first biological niece or nephew (older brother is in the process of adopting a 6 year old, but it is not official yet.)

Any good gift ideas for them? We don’t really want to do t-shirts. It also needs to be something we can get fairly quickly, so ordering most things online is out, as we don’t have Amazon Prime.
