Bus seat

I know this is probably going to be the weirdest question that you have ever heard but hear me out.

I was on the bus the other day and I sat down on the seat but it was wet without me realising at first. As soon as I realised I got up and moved. I dont want to assume it was urine but you can never be sure.

If it was urine is there any chance of me catching anything like an STD/STI or an infection? I was wearing jeggings on that day if that makes any difference
