Is something wrong

Okay so I haven’t seen my man in over a couple weeks so when we’re together we always have sex before I have to go back to school 2hrs away so we were having sex and he put his penis in my ass hole and that shit HURT like I couldn’t even move I was in so much pain he didn’t know he put it in the wrong place so than a couple of days go by I realize I haven’t used the bathroom(pooped) in a while and I know I’m supposed to to poop at least once a day but it’s been a week and pooping has become irregular now.So what should I do?
