Silent miscarriage

I had my 11 week and 1 day appointment today. This was my second ultrasound and we found out this morning the baby no longer had a heartbeat. It passed at 8 weeks and 6 days. I am so heartbroken and shocked. I’ve had no miscarriage symptoms and have felt pregnant this entire time. I have a D&C scheduled tomorrow. This was my first pregnancy and I just have so many emotions flowing through my head and can’t stop crying. I also lost my dad this year and just don’t understand.
