My partner and I have been to several jewelry stores and I still hadn’t found anything I like. As a last resort I went Kay Jewelers on my own and saw a gorgeous Neil Lane ring I liked. I took pictures and sent it to my boyfriend. He was on board until I told him it was from Kay. He said their warranty policy isn’t as good as other places he took me because they don’t replace diamonds that fall out. You also have to go in for ring inspections every 6 months or they’ll terminate the warranty. I’m just so disappointed ☹️ I searched all over the internet and Kay was the only store that had that specific ring. Now he keeps saying we’ll look at Jared’s again, but we’ve been there twice & I didn’t like anything 😩 I know I probably sound bratty, but when I saw it I knew it was MY ring. I really got my hopes up with this one.
