Nap times
My daugther goes to bed between 730-8pm and wakes up at 6 for me to go to work. Some days if im off she will sleep in till 630.
Shes been taking 1 hour naps and today she only took a 30min. Nap. Daycare suggested I move her bedtime later.....
How much are your LOs sleeping?
I thought they still needed atleast 13 hrs a day of sleep at this age.
