Burping baby

What is the most effective way of burping a baby?

My baby vomits and spits up a lot and i was told to burp her more frequently, I was told to burp every ounce and sometimes I burp her every half ounce to an ounce.

Someone told me there baby stopped vomiting as much once they stopped burping throughout the bottle, only when the baby gave them the cue to and would burp for 10 minutes straight at the end of the bottle...

What helps with this 😕

I was told she has a lip tie and is causing the acid reflux and colic
