What to put my newborn in to sleep?

What dya all thinks best to put my newborn to sleep in he’s born in February 
Clothing wise etc sleeping bags, swaddles that sort of things

It depends on where you live. For us, its hotter in our room in the winter than in the summer because of the heat being on. She sleeps in the same thing now as she did in august, a cotton footed pajama. She hates swaddles and sleep sacks. Figure out what the actual room temp is and buy a variety of things to see what your baby prefers. Most sleep sacks and some pajamas have a tog rating I think it's called talking about what should be used at which temp.

My LO hated to be swaddled so we bought a wearable blanket and put her in a short sleeve onesie and in the wearable blanket! Most studies show that whatever your comfortable wearing to bed.. like shorts and a T-shirt, your baby will need to wear one additional layer than you.
