Would this bother you or is it petty?

I was with my boyfriend the other weekend and I was on his phone because I like to leave him notes to find on his “note” app. It’s cheesy, but we do it for each other sometimes. When I backed out of the note I made him, I noticed that a note below it looked really similar to a message he sent me before. I opened it and looked on my phone for the message, they were the exact same. He created the note 6 months ago and there’s multiple lines of them. I always thought the messages he sent sometimes were repetitive but I didn’t think he copies and pastes the same exact messages. It’s not that big of a deal, I guess I just am a little upset by it because now I feel like he doesn’t put in effort with the things he says.
