Baby has a tooth!??

Y'all tell me I'm not crazy and that this is a tooth coming in. She will be 4 months November 7th!

First tooth usually develops on the bottom.  Looks like a pearl.  You can feel and see the tooth in the gum line when it's ready.  At least that's my experience with 13 week old that just cut his second tooth on the bottom.

Front upper teeth usually develop at the front of the gums first. You can Google what that looks like because for some reason my pictures are broken. Haha. That looks like an Epstein Pearl, which are harmless.

It might be put it might also be a pearl the full name starts with an E I think. My baby had one and that's what her pediatrician said when she looked at it.

My nieces tooth came out when she was 3 months old, so it's possible for her to be teething :)

Very possible.  My dr said 4months is the earliest some babies start teething. I have 3 boys all started early. I have a 4 1/2 month old and hes been slobbering and chewing EVERYTHING! At his appointment yesterday dr said his gums and really white and hes definitely teething 😩
