1 year old

Daughter is out growing soon to be 3 year old son... so we just went to the doctors and my daughter who is 15 months is 25lb 35in and my son who will be 3 in 3months is 25lb and 35.7in tall. They don’t like how my son is growing and want me to try pedicure again which he didnt like about a year ago so idk if he’ll like it now but ima still try it . He’s a very picky eater so does anyone have and ideas or advice on how to get him to grow or gain a little weight soon ?
