D&C today

I had my D&C this morning and it really was such a smooth process. I am not in any pain and have minimal bleeding. I’m still heartbroken from the miscarriage but feeling better today after the procedure. I know this will be a process of grief. I am so sorry for anyone else that had to go through this because it’s so hard. My doctor said we can start trying again in 2 weeks and that I will actually be more fertile over the next 6 months after a miscarriage! She said you are not at an increased risk of having a miscarriage if you get pregnant right away and that’s a myth. I wanted to inform others going through the same thing.
