I need your ultrasounds!:( please read

I had an US today estimated 7w1d and when i went in the tech didnt tell me how far i was. She said there was SOMETHING in my uterus. Thats it. Thats all she said. I suffered miscarraige in december and am terrified of a blighted ovum. It was a small gest. Sac but no baby? I called a few moments ago and told me im 5 to 4 weeks.... impossible. My best friend has been comfirmed 5w3d and ovulated the day i got my positive digital!?!?! How does that make sense?! I just wanna see if you ladies had pictures of your blighted ovum, 4 week scan, 5 week scan, and even 6 or 7! Anyone 7 weeks without a heartbeat or anything? Should i worry? Going to cal in the am for blood draw and speak with doctor directly
