Anyone not doing birth control?

Before you judge I’ve tried over 10 brands and I’m most likely just allergic to it. I don’t want to get pregnant for at least a year or two but I’m highly against the pill/IUD/depo etc. we used to just do the pull out method because we weren’t not trying and it did us well for 7 years but now since apparently you’re more fertile after having a baby I’m scared to do that. My husband refuses to wear condoms too..any advice?

We we’ll be doing pull out method. When I was on the pill it ruined my very regular cycles and took almost two years to get the baby we just had. So I don’t wanna risk the chance of ruining my cycles again, and take us longer to get pregnant. I would like another baby in a year or two also so pull out method it is.

The pull out method is how we got pregnant both times! Maybe just keep track of your cycle and not use the pull out method when you’re fertile.

Are you anti hormone or birth control in general? There's a hormone free IUD.

I’m not. I’m bipolar so hormonal birth control fucks me up. And I don’t want to get an iud so I’m just not doing birth control

I was on birth control 10 years and it took me months to get regular ... I decided I didn’t want to get back on it either . We’re going to use the pull out method and just track my cycles

No one should judge you. I’ve never been on birth control in my life. I don’t like the idea of making my body stop doing what it’s naturally supposed to do. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Condoms have always worked fine, I’ve only gotten pregnant when I wanted to. I wouldn’t trust the pull out method in the first few months PP, I’ve heard you’re more fertile then as well.

I don't plan on doing birth control either. I had been on different brands since I was 14 and it was really messing with me emotionally. We'll just have to figure out how to avoid a pregnancy 🤷‍♀️ we want a second baby fairly close-ish to our first, but not right away or anything! My husband will have to get over his aversion to condoms 😂

I used the Nuva ring at one point , it was effective.
