Has Anyone Recieved the Wrong Pump??

My insurance sent me a pump that isnt the one I requested. Is there a return/exchange policy? Has this happened to anyone? 
I'm 38+2 and I'm really concerned I wont get the right pump so I can take it to the hospital and have them show me how to use it

I would just call your insurance company and ask. Sometimes hospitals will rent out pumps, so you can also ask them what your options would be should you not get it in time. But there are tons of videos on YouTube about how to use the pump, so if you don’t have it by the time you are at the hospital don’t stress too much.
