Son may have autism?

Stacie • Proud Mama Bear of two sweet boys. Alittle baby girl on the way 🥰

My boy will be 3 in december. Lately it has been very challenging with him. Theres days where I feel like I cant make it through because he is so difficult with listening. (Yes I know alot of toddlers do not listen well) idk if is because he is a 3 yr old boy or what but I did call the doctor and they will call me tomorrow and speak with me, I tell my husband these things and he always says "hes just a boy". But

he repeats alot of sayings. Not what I said but sayings himself "red truck, red truck, red truck" and there are times I will respond and that's it. Other times After I acknowledge him he may say the same thing but in a different way "red truck on leg, red truck on leg" ect. He would repeat literally aslong as it would take for me to respond. Theres times I would just see how long it would go because I was curious. Even if someone's responding he still says it because he cant hear them with talking to loud.

That's another thing he doesnt know how to be quiet. He stomps around when playing, his voice is loud and again ik hes a toddler but I constantly tell him hes to loud and needs to be quiet his baby brother is sleeping.

He doesnt listen. I tell him to stop running, or dont put that in your mouth, stop throwing, stop screaming, get off the dogs...and he will continue to do some until about the 10th time I ask him, then 2 minutes later do it again like I never said anything. And I ask him in many different ways.

He sometimes lines his cars up from big to small or by color. I see him do this a couple times a week.

He likes to have a toy on the table when he is eating

He always has to have a toy in his hand

He cant sit still. The only way he sit's still is if he is watching something and can only sit still watching something for no more than 30 min. Other than that hes jumping, running, throwing ect. Again (I know toddlers have energy) but its like he doesnt know how to chill.

Times he would have a meltdown even when I told him yes he could but since it isnt this moment he will cry for about 20 minutes. Sometimes I ask him what's wrong and he will just look at me and cry. Even tho ik whats wrong. I can get him tk stop crying but then he will do the breathing whine.

He puts things in his mouth he isnt suppose too, phone chargers, outlet covers, toys in general that aren't his or that he shouldnt suck or chew on. Sometimes he just licks them for no reason. And the laughs.

He does sometimes like to play alone and doesnt follow kids around. Kids follow him. But he will interact with them.

He is very affectionate, loves to cuddle.

Times I call his name he ignores me

( again could be a toddler thing)

And one last thing, when he gets overly excited he clinches his teeth and like has to squeeze something then runs off.

I am sorry for such a long post. But for any moms out there that have an autistic child or anyone who know signs and symptoms of them could you please help me out. I google stuff and well we will know how google can be.
