i'm just gonna be honest, i forget to take my prenatales on some days like i just don't know why or how but do i need to stop this or not worry about it ?

Try setting alarms/reminders on your phone. I take mine every night before bed so it’s part of my routine. I’ve missed a couple, but that’s okay. As long as you take them most days, you’ll be fine. Just make them part of a routine that makes most sense to you. If it helps, maybe even leave the bottle of them on your nightstand so that you have to stare at them every day.

You’ll be fine. I always forgot mine with my first pregnancy. Honestly only took them a couple times and didn’t buy a new bottle. You can do an alarm for them.
