Possible hemorrhoid???

tmi.. So today I noticed my butt hole was really REALLY itchy but I thought it was just my underwear irritating it. I felt it and its like a big lump and it won’t stop itching. I took a picture so I could see and it’s like purple and like looks swollen. Im 16 weeks pregnant aswell. I looked it up and a hemorrhoid was the first thing that came up and said in pregnancy and obesity, but i’m not big yet at all... Has anyone had this during pregnancy and what is the fastest way to make it go away naturally at home because my boyfriend and I are sexually active and I don’t want him to see it.. pls help!!
