Ovulating? Pregnant?

I had sex 12 days ago and for the past two days I’ve been having period like cramps and stomach pains here and there. And my underwear feels soaked but whenever I look there’s nothing. I took an ovulation test and it was negative with the faint line.

I’m due for my period in almost 2 weeks. What’s going on with me? I never get cramps like this unless my periods starting. Could this be implantation?
