Help please and advice,

So my boyfriends stays out all night dosent come back till half 5 in the morning! I’ve got a 3 month old baby, his kid.. like he cares!! Well he wakes up and goes out straight away, it’s my birthday, I’m just stuck at home while he’s out doing whatever, he said before he went that he’s not living like this anymore and he’s going to start a life, so what’s that suppose to mean, what about us, he don’t care at all!!!! What would you do, would you just not answer the door to him if he comes back later tonight?
