i was supposed to get my period a week ago but it’s never came. today i got excited because i thought i got it but it’s extremely light and it’s usually not. I am having lots of early pregnancy symptoms but they can also be period symptoms. My nipples are very sore, my back hurts badly, i’m really tired and i’ve been having weird cravings which are symptoms i don’t get from my period. also i get awful cramps a week before my period starts and during my whole period but i didn’t get any this time. i took a pregnancy test a week or two ago and it said negative. i’m not sure what to do
