Cervical cancer

Ladies, I’m 28 and 7montha pp still nursing, couple weeks ago I had spotting over several days I thought it was my period coming back, but it’s not..and lately I’ve had pelvic and lower back pain.. nausea and light headed mess with increase discharge, (not pregnant either took a test) I also have anxiety disorder so.. with these symptoms I’m fretting it may be cervical cancer, I just lost my insurance so I can’t just schedule a pap, can anyone on her y’all me what y’all a symptoms were? Or if I’m being crazy?
