How do you do it STAHMs?!??

I’ve been a stay at home mom since my daughter was born.. she’s 18 months now. I went back to work over the summer for a couple of months and really enjoyed it but wasn’t happy with my job. I’m now a college student, working on starting my own business, and a stay at home mom. I have no friends (trust me, I’ve tried..), my husband is at work all the time (so grateful for him) but I can’t help but feel depressed all the time? How do you balance your mental health while being a stay at home mom? How do you keep motivated to do house chores and be the best you can be? I feel that I’m really slacking lately and just lazy.. I have no energy.
