Coffee while breastfeeding?

I just drank a small frozen coffee, should I just say that's the last one until I stop breastfeeding? Or can I have one occassionally?

I drink 1-1.5 cups in the morning, then sometimes a little afternoon pick me up. Unless you notice your kid is fussier after it, not a problem :)

You can safely have 300mg of caffeine a day while breastfeeding. A cup of coffee is around 100mg. You’re fine!

It's fine. I read only very small amounts of caffeine make it into the breastmilk but if you notice your baby gets fussy after you drink coffee then you can just drink it right after a feeding. By the next feeding the caffeine should be eliminated from the breastmilk. This is what I did. I would pump then have my coffee and it would be about 3 hours until the next pumping session.
