Please sleep!

My son will not sleep without being held! There’s no way for me to be able to put him down when he’s asleep either. I will wait 20-30 min. Before trying to put him in his pack and play, but he will wake up within minutes every time! He starts screaming bloody murder if I don’t pick him up right away either. I’m at a loss of what to do! If tried swaddling, transition swaddle, sleep sacks nothing is working! Any ideas? I’m so exhausted of having to co-sleep because I can’t fully sleep with him in bed with me
