HELP!! Misscarriage, confused. Pregnant?!

So I had an early misscarriage on the 5th of October. I bled for about 3 days and all had passed.

I did pregnancy test every day untill I didn’t get a positive as obviously the hcg was out my system and I was no longer pregnant.

So I began doing ovulation tests the week after to see when I would ovulate again to try and get a hold of my cycle again.

I didn’t get a positive ovulation test until yesterday the 26th Oct.

I don’t know why but I also took a pregnancy test 🤷🏻‍♀️ i didn’t feel like I was ovulation even tho the test said I was well the pregnancy test, it was positive!!

Is it possible to be pregnant again so soon after a misscarriage?!
