I have no idea what’s going on anymore

Upset and frustrated don’t even begin to describe how I feel. I’ve been on gonal f for three weeks at ranging doses. Started at 50, went to 62.5 and now at 75. Nauseous beyond belief between that and metformin. I went for bloodwork on Friday and got the first good news- my estrogen levels were finally on the rise.

Bloodwork and ultrasound this morning. Lining looked good. Only one follicle at 10.5. Just got the call that my estrogen levels dropped. What the fuck gives? I’ve done everything right, taken the medication as directed, even went on a diet to try to lose weight (nothing drastic). This is my first round with gonal f because clomid and letrozol both didn’t work. I’m terrified this isn’t going to either.

Supposed to keep on taking the 75. More bloodwork Tuesday. Has anyone else had a similar experience? 😔
