Newborn heat rash??

He is almost 3 weeks old and I noticed this yesterday when I took him outside and it was very prominent in the sun light.. my mom said it’s probably just heat rash but I’m worried it could be bites of some kind?

Looks like a heat rash to me as well. Make sure he wears cotton and check his neck regularly with your fingers while outside. The skin should be warm but not sweaty.
