Csection pains

I had to have a csection and have some questions... will the incision area always feel tight? When I stand up straight it feels so tight like I’ve lost all flexibility for motion in that area (like stretching back... not that I’ll be doing back bends any time soon lol). And I have weird nerve pain in the front of my hip about 2-3 inches away from the incision. It hurts terribly when I move in certain ways. I’m only 2 weeks out so I know it’s still healing and there is time. Just looking for hope lol. I do plan on asking for a pelvic floor PT referral when I go for my 6wk check up
