First trimester- left side dull pain?

I am not alarmed at all... I feel the baby is growing on the left side. However I feel a fist like tightness that is uncomfortable on the lower left side (but theoretically not as low as the baby). its slightly above my belly button but below my ribs a ways. if that makes sence 🤔

I just wonder if this is caused by anything I should check out or if its just everything growing fine. I tell my doctor everything and hes not been concerned with anything Ive said. I also have no symptoms and im 11w 4d. Strong hesrt rate and positive ultrasound measurement so Im not worried. just concerned cause i feel this mainly when i try to lay down
