When to tell our son? (10) 🤰

We plan to announce to immediate family at thanksgiving, but feel like our 10 y/o son should know before everyone else. The thing is, he’s the absolute worst at keeping secrets. We’re debating whether we should tell him the day before and risk him spoiling it, or wait to tell him at the same time to play it safe?
Edit: I’m 6 weeks currently

I’d wait till the morning of. Maybe even plan a fun thing for the family to find out with him. He may not be as likely to tell the secret if he’s in on it
