I’m currently 2 months PP, and I got a slight tear while delivering my son. Every time we’ve tried having intercourse it burns like no other. Is this normal? Will my sex life return anytime soon? Lol

Take it slow as possible. I find it easier cowgirl style. Less pressure. I had 2nd degree and an episiotomy.

I was in the same boat a few weeks ago. My partner and I use lubricant when needed. But one thing that definitely helped us is foreplay! It will help relax you and get your body ready for penetration ☺️. Just do what makes YOU feel good and don’t feel discouraged if you can’t jump right back into things. With more time things will only get better! 👍🏻

It will return im almost 4 months PP and it’s finally starting to feel some what normal, still hurts a little though.
