Heat rash?

Our 6 month old started getting these little red bumps about 3 weeks ago. We’ve been told they were likely a heat rash and the sweat glands were clogged and causing little water blisters, they didn’t seem to get better so after a week, the NP prescribed antibiotic ointment and we’ve been putting it on twice a day for Folliculitis. Its been almost 3 weeks now and the little red bumps are still present. No other symptoms. Has anyone else had this issue?
