I’m 14 weeks pregnant and my dog follows me to the bathroom all the time if I close the door he will sit by the door until I’m done he even comes sits by me sometimes under my legs

Yes, they can know.  When I first got pregnant, our dog, who is my hubby's shadow, started sitting with me and staring at my hubby.  Last night, he started something new.  He now lays on the bed next to me, with his front paws and head over my leg, snuggled up to my bump, right under it-not on it.  He's never laid with me like that before.

My pit bull does the same thing! He stands in the door way while I pee and watches me 😂 I tell him all the time how creepy he is lmao. And if he doesn’t want to creep me out he will poke his head around the corner like I can’t see him 😂

Yes. My cats follow me around, I’m almost 24 weeks and they can feel the baby move so they will knead the crap out of my stomach and purr. They love babies(I know that sounds weird but they won’t go near a baby unless someone holding him/her and never near their faces) but when they aren’t following me, they are around my 2 year old.
