Cervix Stretching?

I had my 39 week appointment this morning. Doc checked me and I’m still at 1.5cm dilated. He was able to complete a cervix stretch and said it should *hopefully* get labor going within 48 hours. Anyone else have success with this? Baby girl EDD is Nov 3rd.

Make sure you try to walk a lot to! Sex could help too if possible! Goodluck mama
