Question and I need some help

So I’m not getting in bed with anyone because I don’t think it’s right till I’m married but I have a boyfriend. We have been dating for almost two years now. I have started getting these stretch marks everywhere (thighs, butt) and it is kind of embarrassing and he has seen the ones on my thighs and didn’t even look twice but it isn’t about him it’s about me so any advice?
